Bell and Rogers are throttling Internet access of customers that use too much bandwidth, which they say is resulting in a bottleneck. The Canadian Association of Internet Providers is challenging their right to do this saying they have no right to act as Internet gatekeepers. Important since many of their members buy Internet access from Bell and Rogers and it affects their customers. The cbc.ca reports that a decision is expected in October.
