I just installed the digg addon for Firefox and my first impression is mixed.  My main problem with it is the amount of real estate it takes up on the toolbar.  I have a digg button on the far left and a notifications button on the far right with nothing in between (a waste).  True, you can toggle this entire toolbar on or off from a button placed next to the location bar but why can’t I resize this toolbar (which is locked) and move it on another line with another toolbar to save space?  I do like the notifications that appear at the bottom right of the browser, but it does not keep track of the stories you have viewed and the same stories will appear if you go back later.  I viewed the video about the addon by creator, Kevin Rose, and I think there may be a difference between the addon used in Firefox on a Mac and PC (I have Vista).
